Booking and confirmation
You can make a booking online using our website or by way of email & electronic bank transfer.
Your booking is with Just Relax Yoga Holidays and your contract will be concluded when we send to you a booking confirmation following receipt of the deposit payment.
Bookings may only be made by individuals aged 18 or above.
Any person using the website agrees to be entirely financially responsible for all charges and other fees arising from use of the website.
You agree that all guests on whose behalf you are making a reservation shall also be bound by these terms and conditions and you accept liability for any breach of these terms by any member of your party.
Payments
All prices and payments are in Euros and/or British Pounds Sterling. Payments can be made online through the website (PayPal) or by an electronic bank transfer. Payments in Pounds can only be made by electronic bank transfer.
You, the customer, shall pay Just Relax a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit in the sum of 50% of the total amount due for each person named in the reservation.The balance monies due shall be paid by the customer to Just Relax not less than 8 weeks prior to the date of departure. Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the retreat must be paid in full at time of booking.
Online Payments:
The payment is taken in full. Deposit payments cannot be made online.
Via electronic transfers ( EFT):
If you want to secure your space by paying a 50% deposit (or the full amount) you can do it by bank transfer and you will receive an emailed bank confirmation within 24 hours. Just send us an email and we will explain all the steps you have to do. You will have to cover all the transaction fees. Just Relax Yoga Holidays should receive the total amount of your booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior your arrival. Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to that start of the retreat must be paid in full.
Health and indemnity
Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation of booking email, with a link of our health and indemnity form. Please ensure that you complete it as it will help your yoga teacher to guide you through the safest and most appropriate yoga practice, helping the development of your personal practice.
A completed health and indemnity form for each person on your reservation must be submitted to Just Relax at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the retreat. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the retreat the health and indemnity forms must be submitted within the time frame that will be indicated in your booking confirmation.
You and all persons on your reservation must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations and instructions introduced by Just Relax Yoga Holidays.
We are unable to advise whether or not a particular individual is fit to carry out the yoga activities and you hereby acknowledge that you undertake the activities voluntarily and that you understand the risks inherent in such activities.
Each customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use our facilities and participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice if practicing yoga. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries.
In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty, Just Relax Yoga Holidays excepts no liability for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities.
Cancellation
Acceptance onto the retreat is subject to the following:
Receipt of deposit and full payment within the stipulated time frames
Booking confirmation issued by Just Relax Yoga Holidays
Completed health & indemnity form for each guest within the stipulated time frames
If payment of either the deposit or the balance is not received by the due date or all health and indemnity forms are not submitted within the required time frames then Just Relax Yoga Holidays reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit. If we are able to resell your place then we shall refund the deposit to you less any difference between your booking price and the price at which we have resold your place.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees, excluding the deposit, shall apply:
Cancellation 2 weeks or less before due arrival date, 0% refund
Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks before due arrival date, 25% refund
Cancellation 4 to 8 weeks before due arrival date, 50% refund
Cancellation more than 8 weeks before due arrival date, 100% refund
Please note that all cancellations are only effective once confirmed via email by Just Relax.
In the event that we are able to resell your place on the retreat we will refund to you the remainder of the fees (including the deposit) less any difference between your booking price and the price at which we have resold your place.
Due to teacher cancellations or other situations beyond our control, Just Relax reserves the right to change bookings and shall inform the customer as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements will be offered but we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfare, except where such is caused by our negligence or breach of duty to you. Where the alternative arrangements offered are not amenable to you then a full refund will be made.
In the case of compassionate or unforeseen circumstances necessitating withdrawal, either medical or death to immediate family or self, you may defer to the next available retreat upon application and paid fees will be transferred to that retreat accordingly. If not, should we be able to re-sell your booking, you will be refunded in full (less any difference between your booking cost and the price at which we resold your place).
If you choose not to travel at all, 100% of the total price will apply and no refund will be payable.
Please note that all refunds are subject to commission and/or bank charges.
Shared or Single occupancy
We only take a maximum of 12 guests per week. All our accommodation is based on two people sharing in 5 rooms and 4 people sharing in one room. We will make sure that the person(s) you are sharing with will be of the same gender. If you would not like to share then you will need to buy both beds in the room.
Insurance
It is a term of this contract that you must have full travel insurance to cover the activity of this holiday.
Liability
In the absence of negligence or breach of duty, Just Relax Yoga Holidays accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the customers stay or traveling to and from Just Relax Yoga Holidays.
In the absence of negligence or breach of duty, Just Relax Yoga Holidays cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.
Just Relax Yoga Holidays shall not be liable for any failures, which are reasonably beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.
Just Relax Yoga Holidays can accept no responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, train, buses or other forms of transport, except where such transport is provided by Just Relax Yoga Holidays.
Just Relax Yoga Holidays reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate use of the property or any of its facilities by the customer in the event of any material or persistent breach of these terms and conditions. The customer will be required to vacate the property and Just Relax Yoga Holidays shall not refund payment or accept any consequential liability damages or loss. Just Relax Yoga Holidays will provide the customer written reasons for the termination.
If we breach these terms and conditions we will only be liable to you for any direct losses or loss which was reasonably foreseeable as a result of our breach.
Variation to facilities, accommodation or activities
Just Relax Yoga Holidays reserves the right to alter any facility, accommodation or yoga activity due to circumstances beyond our control or in order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience to all customers.
Intellectual Property
Just Relax Yoga Holidays retains all copyright license rights and sole exclusive ownership of the information, photographs and material displayed on its website. The material may not be modified, copied or used in any other way.
Discounts
Just Relax Yoga Holidays reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts and this does not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.
Use of the property
The customer shall not use the property except for permitted use and shall not use the property for any offensive, noisy, dangerous, illegal, entertainment, immoral or improper purposes. The customer shall not do anything which may reasonably be deemed a nuisance or annoyance to Just Relax Yoga Holidays and its other guests, staff or owners.
Just Relax Yoga Holidays will notify the customer of any use of the property or act by any guest which may breach the terms of use. If the customer fails to remedy such breach then Just Relax Yoga Holidays reserves the right to require the customer to vacate the premises in accordance with clause 7.
The customer shall keep all Just Relax Yoga Holidays fixtures, fittings, furniture, gym and yoga equipment, bicycles and effects in a clean and good condition. You shall be liable for the cost or replacing or repairing any articles which are damaged, destroyed or missing due to a careless, negligent, reckless or intentional act by you or any member of your party.
Personal information
In the course of taking and managing your booking we will collect personal information about you and your guests, including sensitive personal information relating to your health.
We will only use the information provided for the stated purposes and will seek your additional and express consent if we would like to use it for any other purpose or supply it to any other person.
You may request a copy of such personal information which we hold about you by writing to us by email or post at the contact information provided below. We may make a small charge for this service (no more than 10.00 euros).
Third Party Rights
This contract, formed when we confirm your reservation, is between you and us. No other person (other than a named guest) shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 1999 or otherwise.
Severability
If any provision or provisions of these terms shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with Greek law and the courts of Greece shall have jurisdiction in so far as any matter arising out of this Agreement is required to be referred to a court.
