In 1999, Julee was introduced to her first yoga class. She was completely blown away by how yoga challenged her body & mind. She spent her first few years committed to Ashtanga Yoga practice before discovering Vinyasa yoga. Her main teacher is Shiva Rea, but she also continues to study with other schools of yoga, namely, Anusara Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga and Shadow Yoga.

Julee’s classes are playful, dynamic and flowing, sequenced to take you into a different peak pose each time. This is the way of Prana Flow yoga, focused on moving with the breath, and tuning in to the body’s intelligent alignment, to find balanced action in your practice and leave each class feeling lifted.
